Pricing and Payment: The cost of our plumbing services will be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. We strive to provide transparent pricing and will inform you of any additional charges that may arise during the job. Payment is due upon completion of the services rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 3. Liability: While our plumbers are highly skilled and experienced, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during the provision of our services. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your property and belongings. We recommend removing any valuable or fragile items from the work area. 4. Warranty: We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on the services provided. This warranty covers any defects or issues that arise as a direct result of our work. However, it does not cover damages caused by negligence, misuse, or natural wear and tear. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 6. Code Compliance: Our plumbers will adhere to all applicable building codes and regulations while performing the plumbing services. However, it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or approvals from local authorities, if required. 7. We will not disclose or share your information with any third parties, unless required by law.
